“Great jacket, I was worried about the fit. I'm only 5ft 3" but quite stocky I ordered large and the fit is superb as it the quality. Really impressed, will buy Merlin again.”

“What took my eye on this jacket at first was how cool it looked. When received it was so comfortable, plenty of room without swamping, with a warm feeling when worn with the inner. Fits as states on the sizing. When riding the jacket keeps you dry in the wet, including heavy rain, and nice and cool on warmer days when worn without inner. I use a back protector with my jacket which fits perfectly and does not alter the fit of the jacket one bit. Best jacket i've had.”

“Why spend a small fortune in a Belstaff jacket when you can be as classy and have same quality with a Merlin jacket? I actually like the feel of the Perton much better than any Belstaff jacket I've tried.”

“A nice comfortable jacket with a relaxed fit. Plenty of space in the all-important tummy area. Fairly good value I’d say, looks good and is very functional. Value for money is about right for this product at this price.”

“Really happy with the Perton so far. This is my second Merlin jacket, and I've been super impressed with the quality and value. I own several aStars, Dainese, Scorpion Black Emperor jackets, and I'd say this is right up there with those. The Perton is definitely a cold weather jacket, it's super warm and doesn't breathe very well (though I haven't ridden with the liner out or vents open). It does a great job of blocking the window on colder rides. I'm 5'10", 155lbs, long arms, with an athletic build, and the medium fits perfect. Added the D30 back protector too.”
