“Great product and great customer services as always with UR!! I think the fit is slightly larger other JD products such as the Strokers. However, the finish of the trousers is excellent and being AAA rated for such a light garment is truly amazing! 100% recommended.”

“Better quality and fit than I anticipated. Very comfortable and I like the stiff fabric, feels safe. The supplied armour is better than most but not quite the right shape - the knee armour folds awkwardly and riding long distance I found it dug into my kneecaps eventually (like every other brand). I’ve changed it to ghost armour. Overall, stylish well made trousers.”

“Looks and feels great, and the knee protection ajustement is very good! Just need to be careful when unsticking them, as the scratch sticky thing sewed onto them super easily get "un-sewed" if not careful”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. Very helpful friendly staff on phone. Even though expensive in my opinion, the trousers were a perfect size fit and excellent quality. Worn twice already and extremely comfortable. Will definitely use Urban Rider in the future, and will also purchase John Doe clothing again.”

“My first John Doe purchase and wow these are great ,amazing quality great fit although I did follow others advice in getting a size smaller ,very comfy on the bike and the armour isnt Intrusive at all ,used local so far but a tour of France beckons next week and these are what I will wear .”

“Great pair of trousers! The best I’ve owned. Ordered from the website but they were too small. Popped to store after speaking to Izabella (very helpful and lovely). Tried them on perfect fit. Some stretch to them too which is nice. Great shop, well worth a visit. Thank you!”
