“The John Doe trousers I ordered were on back order from the supplier and so I had to wait but after a couple of weeks I gave UR a chase for an update. UR provided Immediate and honest feedback that the manufacturer was not giving an update on delivery (something I understand working in supply chain). Despite this UR provided alternative solution and with a little discount for my inconvenience. Replacement arrived within 2 days and are perfect. Thanks UR.”
