“Good morning, I had wanted a Belstaff Trailmaster for a very long time and conducted significant research into where to purchase it and get the correct size. After speaking with the very knowledgeable and helpful Urban Rider Team on the telephone I placed my order for 2 Belstaff Trailmaster Pro wax jackets to confirm sizing. They arrived within the agreed delivery schedule and I was like a kid at Christmas! The jacket is everything I had hoped it would be and I am delighted with it (other than I needed to get the 6XL ) it is a high quality product and I look forward to wearing it for years to come. I used the provided postal documents for the return of the second jacket which was all very easy, straight forward and at no additional cost. The money for the second jacket has been returned to my account again within the stipulated time period. Commencing this process was a concern but there was no need at all as everything Urban Rider said they would do they were true to their word, a rare and incredibly important attribute in my opinion. I would have no hesitation in placing future orders with Urban Rider. Many thanks to your Team.”

“I am very pleased that I bit the bullet and paid the extra for this jacket. It's excellent quality and well designed, as well as being very comfortable. Fit allows for a suit jacket to be worn comfortably underneath if commuting. I wear mine with a Airtech Airbag vest underneath.”

“I have always been a big fan of Belstaff jackets and on the back of several good reviews about the Trailmaster Pro on here I decided to go for it. The sizing is as descibed. I am a 44-45 chest and the XL is perfect. Urban Riders reputation from experience has always been superb and no change on this purchase. The trailmaster keeps the rain out, the removable liner gives you some welcomed insulation and the jacket looks and feels fantastic. yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. Thanks”

“Quality you would expect from this price point. Very well made, perfect fit and very warm and comfortable. Completely kept out the rain during hours riding in what can only be described as monsoon conditions. I know some people who see Belstaff gear as style over substance, but I unashamedly love the look and the item is completely functional.”

“Love the jacket. Thought it might be a little too heavy and warm for Australian conditions but got it anyway as I always wanted a Belstaff. The fabric actually seems to adapt pretty well to changes in temperature - haven’t even needed to remove the thermal liner yet, although admittedly it is winter. Ordered D30 back protector as well and with all armour in the thing feels utterly bombproof, although the waxed cotton outer does loosen up a little after a few days’ wear and forms more closely to the body. Looks and feels great, and I was amazed how quickly it arrived - placed the order on a Thursday night and it was at my doorstep in Sydney by Monday. Amazing service, way faster than a lot of domestic deliveries. Thanks Urban Rider.”

“Bought two for size. Picked one. Sales process was easy. Urban rider make returns easy. However the jacket is not great for cold weather. I have to add a layer up considerably underneath.”
