“I really loved the sign we ordered. It was beautifully made but unfortunately when we were putting it up on the wall it slipped from the screw and smashed all over the floor. I would definitely recommend as the sign was beautiful and very fast delivery.”

“Arrived with an obvious flaw. Made the sign look like it said 5.6 instead of 56. Reported it to sign shop who were not interested. Ended up painting out the flaw with black paint. The annoying thing is that the back of the slate was perfect so if they had written on that side it would have been fine”

From looking into this I can see that the issue reported was a natural impurity in the slate service called pyrite which is common and therefore detailed on our website. We do have tolerance levels for this and in this instance the pyrite was not excessive. Our customer care team did advise this.
