There is an option for you to choose to have the clear front panel, which would give the sign a premium layered effect. Please refer to the first image.
If you choose not to have the clear front panel, that’s no problem at all. The text would just be on a single panel of your choice!

“Website was a little confusing to use, I thought I was ordering the sign with the glass / Acrylic sign as per the picture but it wasnt what was delivered. Sign is just the print on the metal.”

Hi Caroline. We are sorry to hear that your sign wasn't as you expected. I have triple checked your order details requested and I can see that for 'clear front panel' - 'no' was selected so we though this was not wanted.
