I have looked into this and can see that the size ordered was (200mm x 150mm) which would have also been detailed on your order confirmation. Hi Susan, I am sorry to hear this! I have looked on the system and can see that this was dispatched on the 25th of November. Unfortunately, we aren't aware of any issues with the couriers unless notified by the customer. As this was not brought to our attention until yesterday via email and the review, we were not aware that your order had not been received. I can see that we are resolving this issue for you now and a replacement has been offered as the couriers have advised us that the parcel is damaged at the hub!
