“The first package was damaged, had to go back and forth on email with pictures to show the damage, the items came without prospective covering to ensure it's safe in the transit, had to wait again to get the replacement , no compensation offered for the inconvenience caused, was sent the replacement which I received today.”

“I found ordering the sign on the website a little difficult, the page was slow to respond, and the first options I tried wanted me to enter a house number and street name (I wanted just House Name). I found that by chosing a different design that this was possible. I think this process could be simplified. However, once ordered, the sign was produced and dispatched promptly, and is as I expected. I was also informed when the design had been received, when being made, and when posted.”
