“I could not be more disappointed and upset about this purchase. I paid £22 plus delivery for a cheap-looking piece of black plastic with 13 letters on it. It looks like something you'd begrudgingly pay £5 for, if you had to get a sign in a rush. I was not scammed, but I feel like I was scammed by this. £22 for a bit of plastic about the size of a 30cm plastic ruler? I thought it would be better, for that price. I'm not even sure I can bring myself to use it. I contacted the company about this and they offered that I could buy another sign off them for a discounted price. I don't know why I would do that. One bitten, twice shy, etc.”

Hi, We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your purchase. I have looked into this and can see that you placed an order for a plain acrylic one-layered house sign in the size of 30x5cm. As we detail the material and all specifications online, this would have been made clear prior to purchase. In light of this, we were unable to offer a free replacement as the sign is as described and is not faulty. However, as we could see that you were not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we did offer you a gesture of goodwill discount on a further sign if you wished to purchase something in a different style or material.
