“We normally love this tea, however in the last two weeks the flavour has changed, not nearly as strong as before. Why is this? Have you changed the blend? I know how to hit it with boiling water and wait for it to brew so not doing anything different.”

Whilst we're pleased that you're a fan of this blend, we are sorry to hear you have noticed that it tastes different to the cuppa you normally enjoy.
