“When ordering, the websites says "Free International Shipping".
Later the customer service emails me for £134.28 for International Shipping. This is totally unfair and unacceptable. Either honor what the website shows or it should says "Shipping charge to be emailed later". I have never had a situation where an online store offers free shipping and then later sends me an invoice of Shipping and threatening to cancel the order. Please learn from Amazon. There is a reason why people prefer to buy from there. They would have honored what was on the website.”
