I like mine strong and fresh. I purchased an "in pot" tea brewer, stainless steel mesh, large, with a lid and chain hook to secure outside on the tea pot handle......acts as a strainer when pouring as well.
We both look forwards to our afternoon (china mug) of Earl Grey tea by Twinings. We are always please when any cafe or restaurant serves Twinings.”
“A favourite between 3 and 5 pm, strength according to tase. Tea pot and tea cosy, also use a separate stainless steel basket with lid tea leaf strainer inserted in tea pot.
Allows agitation of leaves, easy to lift out for used tea leaf disposal, (compost heap, too) and easy to keep stain free.
