“This bush was one of two ordered. It was beautifully presented and I was finally thanked for 'the lovely bush'. However, I ordered two matching bushes, but before I could contact the company was advised by the recipient that the 2nd one arrived the following day. I have no complaints at the quality of the products, being a fourth time return customer, but to send an order in two parts, two days apart ruins the effect of the gift. I did not hear further from the company when writing to ask why this happened.”

“Rosebush was delivered on day expected, quality of rosebush was perfect with helpful instructions. Couple celebrating their Diamond anniversary were delighted as they love their garden and were touched by the gift.”
