Hi Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the Diamond 60th Anniversary rose bush you ordered, as that is never our intention, and please allow us to explain. Due to the dry, hotter weather we experienced at the beginning of September, our rose bushes started to shed their leaves a little earlier than expected, ready to lie dormant over the winter period. To protect the health of the plants, our Nursery Manager decided to cut the roses back sooner than usual, and our website was updated immediately. Unfortunately, as you placed your order in mid August, we were unaware that this situation would arise, and we apologise that you feel uninformed. We are confident the rose will be enjoyed for a very long time to come and if there is anything we can do for you, please let us know at care@tree2mydoor.com.
