“On your web site it quoted £32 for rose and delivery. I was charged £42. I sent you an email to ask you to explain this but since have had no reply. I will not be using you again.”

“I have not seen the rose but the recipient seemed pleased. However it was delivered 4 days early in spite of an email sent immediately after the order was made as I noticed that the incorrect day was displayed on the invoice. I immediately emailed you to correct it, no reply was received and it was delivered too early”
