“I supplied two mobile numbers when ordering this product and neither were supplied to the courier. This caused a delay in delivery even though the order was placed well in advance of expected delivery date.”

“Rose received fine, however the card was not attached so recipient had to waste a few phone calls, to find out who had sent them this rose for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. When I called to explain this, I received an immediate apology and was asked would I like the card put in the post.”

“The description states 80cm in height, however this includes the pot height!! The actual rose I received was about 10-15cm in height because it was winter time. Slightly disappointed!”
