“The rose did not get delivered to my parents address! It was dumped at a derelict house 10 doors down! Thank goodness they walked down the road and claimed it! Not good enough for a high price and sentimental gift.”

“This was a gift for my cousin and her husband so I haven't seen it. However it was delivered on the correct day and my cousin said it looked very healthy and they are looking forward to the flowers it will produce next year.”

“For your feedback: The plant arrived intact and this was no doubt down to the excellent packaging giving protection and holding it upright. The initial instruction to give the plant a good watering with advice on next planting it was very good. Registration was quick and easy and the offer of support with ongoing care was very much appreciated.”
