“They look ok but first batch didn't arrive with fixings, and then one of the shelves is made up for 2 planks so bends in the middle. Look ok though once up.”

Thank-you for taking the time to leave our company a review. I can only apologise for the oversight with the missing fixings. We were sure to get these sent to you straight away so I hope this didn't cause any delays. Any shelves manufactured by laminating two pieces of timber together is always to the highest possible standard. I assure you that any shelves we supply manufactured from more than one piece of timber are actually stronger and more stable than shelves made from a single board. After the boards are laminated they're always passed through our planer thicknesses to ensure a flat surface so to hear that one of your shelves is bent does come as a surprise. If you could drop us an e-mail with photo's of this shelf that would be a great help. In actual fact we made two of your shelves this way. I'm pleased that you're happy with the end result and I'm sure they look great.
