“Love the shelf, looks fantastic. Do check your walls first though - we have plasterboard walls but the plasterboard is about 10cm thick!! So putting it up has been a nightmare, but the shelf itself, superb!”

Hi Christopher, thanks again for leaving us some feedback, our website states our plasterboard fixings are suitable for plasterboard that is 9mm - 15mm thick, we would have been more than happy to recommend fixings for double plasterboard but we are glad to hear you managed to get this sorted yourself and sourced some fixings - happy to hear you find your shelf superb. “Due to Brexit they had significant supply chain problems but constantly advised me of the progress of my order. Shelves when they arrived were supplied extremely wall packaged, with a high finish and clear fitting instructions. However, drops a point due to fault with one shelf's fitting's machining that should have been picked up at the factory. When I drew this to the owner's attention they immediately apologised, accepted the error and gave me a partial refund directly to my credit card without my requesting it. I was able to correct the mistake myself but I have no doubt that if I had had to return it they would have respected that. Intend using them again for furniture- would have no issues in buying from them in the future”
