“Due to Brexit they had significant supply chain problems but constantly advised me of the progress of my order. Shelves when they arrived were supplied extremely wall packaged, with a high finish and clear fitting instructions. However, drops a point due to fault with one shelf's fitting's machining that should have been picked up at the factory. When I drew this to the owner's attention they immediately apologised, accepted the error and gave me a partial refund directly to my credit card without my requesting it. I was able to correct the mistake myself but I have no doubt that if I had had to return it they would have respected that. Intend using them again for furniture- would have no issues in buying from them in the future”
