“I order the unfinished beam to be delivered up to the Highlands. I found the delivery costs very reasonable and the delivery time was exactly as stated. The beam is lovely, as advised on the site we left the beam in the room is was to be fitted and it cracked which left us with a natural looking beautiful oak beam. We have protected the beam now it's in situ with a light/clear varnish which has just brought out the warmth of the beam. I would definitely buy from traditional beams again, then beam finishes off our log burner beautifully and we couldn't be happier. If the option was here I would upload a picture.”

“Great service & lovely piece of unfinished oak beam - not fitted yet but all sanded (very easily) & danish oil coats applied bring out the grain a real treat. Very happy, would recommend, thank you”

“Hi there I was kept informed of delivery until the beam arrived, which was very prompt. The beam has been put in the room where it will be installed, to acclimatise whilst the work on the fireplace is carried out. Already it has started to develop splits that give the beam character and a rustic look. Very pleased.”
