“We were kept updated from the point of order until delivery and the item arrived well packaged and in a fair amount of time. We are really pleased with the mantel it is stunning (I can't add a photo as we haven't decorated since the log burner was installed!) Everyone who has viewed it has complimented us on it and I cannot recommend the product or the company enough. If you are thinking or ordering do so, you won't be disappointed”

“We love our beam, it’s really beautiful and high quality. Looks great in our Victorian property above our wood burning stove. Service was great. Highly recommend! We did get our painter / decorator to fit it so can’t comment on how easy it I but he didn’t have an issue.”

“Great product and absolutely fantastic customer service. I had a small issue with my mantle and it was resolved as soon as i raised the issue with them. Nothing was big hassle and all that i dealt with were extrememly helpful. Would highly recommend in the future.”
