“I ordered the rustic oak beam. It was a simple process through the website. The beam was delivered shortly afterwards. It was packaged securely and was fully tracked. It looked absolutely amazing. I followed the online fitting instructions. It was so easy to install but required 2 people to lift into place. It is a dramatic mantle piece and finishes the look of the lounge perfectly.
