“Beautiful beam in Antique Pine (a true antique pine muted colour). Hubby and I installed, we taped on a long piece of baking parchment with straight edge at bottom and then pierced the three holes. Taped level to the wall and drilled - perfect! Would highly recommend, super pleased.”

“They sent one beam out very nice but not packaged great and Currier chucked on van put big dent in it ,they did replace but wasn't as nice as first one as more split than first .Curriers have on the side of truck 2 man delivery but both ocassions only 1 person delivering I had to carry beam back to van for the return as man clearly in his 60s couldn't manage it as said bring it to van I'll open my doors .when spending £200 on a beam thought it would be packaged better than cardboard and a thin bit of foam around .plus just left outside my house good job no one stole it”

Hi Rick, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our packaging or the way the courier has handled your beam. This was raised as a complaint with the courier as it is not how we expect our customers or items to be treated. The boxes we use are specially designed based on the item size & weight, we are sorry on this occasion your order was mis handled by the courier but we are glad we managed to get a replacement out to you promptly. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“Exactly what we expected. Colour as picture on web. Nice piece of wood with all the fixings took 15 mins to install. Excellent customer service, had to change order 2-3 days after ordering for a slightly longer beam. All sorted quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.”
