“Beautiful shelves, really love the colour and design, feel very sturdy and look great against clean white walls. Was unhappy to pay roughly £20 for delivery on top especially as they weren’t delivered until more than a month later and I didn’t hear anything since purchase until I chased it up, at which point I got a notification immediately the next day telling me they’d just been dispatched. The lady I dealt with was polite, showed empathy and was helpful though.”

We are also happy to hear you found our customer service team polite & helpful. I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the postage, I have checked your order and you paid the standard £12 shipping, we broke up for Christmas on the 19th December and your order was placed 2 days after we broke up. All of our orders resumed as soon as we resumed on the 4th January, I am sorry if you missed that information on our website. We hope to hear from you again in the future :)

“I am currently thinking what else we could put on shelves- that’s how much we like them!! They are absolutely amazing- rustic, beautiful finish, each is different (we ordered 3 in different sizes) and has a slightly different shape- just really natural! The instructions are very easy to follow and they list everything you could possibly need. Customer service was incredible- very quick and friendly. Definitely going to keep them in my favourite for future home projects!!”

“Excellent product and understandable instructions. I would recommend using a soft-faced mallet to help get the final bit in place when mounting. Use the soft mallet with a towel to avoid damaging the product.”
