Sorry to hear you were not happy with the length of delivery, however, it does state on our website our current estimated dispatch time which is 5-10 working days, I have checked your order and it was delivered to you on the 7th working day so within the timescale. Everything is handmade to order which is why we have the 5-10 working day estimated dispatch.

“If you want a chunky shelf with light colour natural then go for this. No point trying to look for cheaper MDF or copy type shelf's this does the business. Looks great”
