“Received my 22cm Sealing Ring l bought 2 as it has been out of stock for some time and l was afraid it could happen again l was so desperate as l have been unable to use my pressure cooker. Thank you Tower for emailing me when it was back in stock it is only a small item but you took the trouble to get in touch with me which I really appreciated”
“I wonder if you have changed supplier as this new ring works but is flimsier than the old one - there is not so much of it -and therefore I am not that impressed. However, we have no choice as, if one has a Tower pressure cooker, one has to use Tower sealing rings. So, it does the job, so is better than nothing.”
“Sealing ring works, promptly delivered, and price on the top side of being still reasonable. Missing star as it was quite hard to find the correct 22cm sealing ring on the Tower website - several different rings are listed, all showing under "22cm sealing ring" and each with an identical picture, all with different descriptions for different cooker variants! If each said "22cm Sealing ring for [cooker variant number] " it would have been much easier. I'd expect a half-decent webmaster/page designer to have picked up on this.”
