“Silly billy. I put the lid of my pressure cooker on the hob not realising the gas was burning low.
I looked up the Tower site and soon found there are lots of sealing rings. Unsure of which one to buy I mailed Tower. Within hours I had a reply from Carina (thanks) and was able to order a replacement.
The replacement sealing ring is fine. Cheaper than I expected and delivers in a couple of days. My pressure cooker is now as good as new.
Full marks to Tower customer service for helping me make the right choice.”
