“when the sealing rings arrived they were the wrong ones (much to big) I returned them on the 30th june but I have not received any acknowledgement yet”
Hi Mr Merrick, I am ever so sorry to hear your sealing rings were too big and that you have not heard back from anyone, I can imagine this has been frustrating for you so I do apologise for that. If you bought your sealing rings directly from us then please call us on 0333 220 6066 or email us on customerservice@towerhousewares.co.uk and we will be able to get a replacement or refund sorted out for you. If you bought your sealing rings from another retailer, then I would recommend contacting them and explaining what has happened and they'll be able to get this problem sorted out for you. Hi John, I am ever so sorry to hear this sealing ring is too big for your cooker, this seal should have an internal diameter of 24cm. If you find out the model number of your cooker and give us a call on 0333 220 6066 or email us on customerservice@towerhousewares.co.uk we can check what size sealing ring your pressure cooker needs so you can get a replacement in the right size.
