“normal measurements are taken from the outside of any item, tower have decided to do it differently.. using inside diameter of their sealing rings. Nothing to state this on the website and part therefore incorrect, would cost too much to return.
On phoning I was told tower don't support their older products and were unable to assist - totally useless.
BUT the part was available from a 'tower' parts supplier and delivered in half the time tower took. Not impressed with tower.”
