Paid for next day delivery only to find out this does not cover weekends.
Called your customer service department to be told it would cost me another £3.77p to return seal leaving me with just over £1 for my troubles. Would not use your company again.
Ordered correct seal from Amazon and saved money on your prices.”
“Nothing wrong with product although it would be helpful if web site clarified measurements I.e. internal or external ad it happens we got it wrong and have since sought advice from one of your agents and we are now waiting for correct seal which happened to be out of stock”
“This review is not based on the sealing ring. I placed an order and was waiting for delivery but nothing came through. After waiting I sent an email to customer support team and even then I was told that my order was declined for whatever reason they can comeup with. My argument is, if my order was declined/cancelled I should have been informed not until I contacted them.
To me customer service was not at its best.”
