“This review is not based on the sealing ring. I placed an order and was waiting for delivery but nothing came through. After waiting I sent an email to customer support team and even then I was told that my order was declined for whatever reason they can comeup with. My argument is, if my order was declined/cancelled I should have been informed not until I contacted them.
To me customer service was not at its best.”
“I ordered the wrong size because nowhere on your webpage does it say whether the measurement in the inside or outside dimension. Returning the one I received today.”

“Service was very good. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size when I called spares department the assistant was so helpful. She advised me what to do to return item to have a replacement sent. Awaiting delivery but confident it will arrive soon”
