“Only had the air fryer 3 days and one of the baskets melted. Sent an email to customer services and it said they would aim to respond with 3-5 working days. Been 5 working days and still no reply. If I can update when this is resolved I will. The air fryer was doing a good job even though only used it a few times.”

“I am currently making a complaint to the company by email as I can't get through on the phone. The drawers are very hard to get back into the machine. There are many reviews on line making this very point. I have with the help of my son worked out how to position the drawers to engage the runners at the top but it is not an easy thing. This seems to be a design fault. Apart from that the fryer seems to work well. I was offered a replacement which was bigger and not needed but your company is prepared to scrap a functioning item by asking me to cut the lead off and throw it away. What a terrible waste and very bad for the environment. I couldn't accept this dreadful policy so I am keeping the fryer. One of the rubber feet was also missing and the liners I purchased are too big but so far I haven't had confirmation that these will be replaced.”
