“I am completely new to this way of cooking but so many are using the devices, that I bought the Tower model - as this is a good, reliable kitchen tool supplier. I took the plunge and was able to work out how to cook a piece of battered fish, which I guessed at 10 mins at 180 and was very pleased with the result. The fish was crisp on the outside and not 'claggy' underneath, as happens in a conventional oven. I found the controls easy to work out and will look forward to cooking my Sunday dinner tomorrow! The drawer and tray are so easy to clean. All in all, I think we are going to get along well!”
