“The food cooks unevenly on the shelves with the top shelf cooking much faster than the bottom two. Therefore, during cooking, the food on each shelf need to be moved several times. Constant monitoring of food cooking is necessary.”
“Bought this oven for husband and I , so glad I did it cooks food wonderfully quick and being an oven type I use the shelves to cook other things aswell , the top gets hotter than the bottom but ideal for cooking food on top and heating up food on bottom ,or cooking same food stuffs and switching shelves around occasionally so they all benefit the top part of oven. I’m still learning how to use oven and so happy I bought it, ideal for the two of us .”

I cooked chicken portions, sausages & frozen chips. I used the pre set chicken function. I rotated the trays occasionally and everything came out perfect . (I'd lined the chicken & sausage trays with foil and drained any fat out into a container. )
