“Cooks food quickly and chicken beautifully moist . I wasn't sure of it when I first received it but thought I will give it a try .Thank goodness I did absolutely marvellous...”
“I had resisted getting an air fryer for ages but wish I'd bought one sooner. It is basically a doll-sized oven and does everything an oven can do.
The rotisserie works great, if a little fiddly to fix the chicken onto the rod without it swivelling round during cooking.”
“I’ve had the 12L Vortx Air Fryer Oven since February. The first unit I received caused my electrics to trip — lights flickering and all — so it had to be replaced. Thankfully, the replacement hasn’t caused any safety issues so far (touch wood).
In terms of quality, it’s noticeably less consistent than my previous basic air fryer, which only had one basket but cooked everything evenly. This oven has three trays, but it mainly cooks the top tray properly, and even then the food at the back tends to overcook while the front looks underdone.
I also tried the rotating drum for fries. It’s a bit of a faff to clean, and the results were underwhelming.
It’s certainly cheaper than a Ninja, but in this case you do get what you pay for.”
“The Tower Vortx 12 Litre Air Fryer Oven is a versatile, efficient kitchen gem. Its sleek design and intuitive digital controls make it easy to use, while the Vortx technology ensures fast, even cooking with minimal oil. I’ve loved air frying, roasting, and using the rotisserie for crispy, juicy results. The 16 presets, 80-200°C range, and 90-minute timer offer great flexibility. It’s energy-efficient, easy to clean with dishwasher-safe parts, and perfect for healthier meals. My only gripe is the slightly fiddly rotisserie setup. Overall, a fantastic appliance for any home cook!”
“Excellent item, value, customer service and delivery. Lots of extra with it, well presented with good instructions, well packaged and very impressed.”
“This is the second Tower Vortx Oven we have had - the previous one lasted for about 4 years and we used it regularly. Although this is the upgrade, it feels cheaper. The trays are slightly deeper but feel lighter. You have to hold the whole Airfryer when you open the door as it’s very stiff and you have to hold the machine and door at the same time. Cooks well and easy to use but as it has a cheaper feel I have given it 4 stars where I gave the previous model 5 stars”
