“Oven is fine. It took over a week to come as the delivery company Evri are shocking as they claimed to have tried once with photos that are nowhere near my house and we were in. Tower should stop using them as they had it all the time and said they would deliver next day but still never turned up. Could not speak to Tower or Evri as there were no tel. numbers. Amy of Tower did keep in touch by emails only.”
“Studied the description to make sure I was buying the correct one for me , in the decription is says its for grilling but once I purchased it I couldnt find how to grill contacted Customer Services their answer was " I can confirm there isn't a grill setting " I would not have bought this had their decription been truthful and correct, talking to Customer Services and their awful attitude trying to return it I will never buy from Tower Housewares ever again.”
“I had a small tower air fryer, but decided to buy the 12 litre oven. The reason I bought this was to cut down my electric bill at home. I am a pensioner living on my own, and I can say it not only saves you money, the items you cook in it are delicious, especially a chicken, cooks to perfection. I ordered another two for my friend's and they love it. A great purchase.”
