“The chair is solid, but there is a very poor quality control during delivery process at TopFurniture. The chair arrived not in the box. Parts of the chair were covered in thin plastic packing paper and the legs of the chair were not protected at all. As soon as we received the chair from the delivery driver we noted to him regarding a chip 1 cm long, 5 mm wide, above the bottom of one of the legs. The driver insisted that we should keep the chair and use 14 days return policy. At home we noticed that the top right corner of the edge of the back of the chair had some signs of polish missing, possibly the chair was rubbing against something during delivery. A though crossed our mind that it was an ex-display chair as it was not packed properly. Now we are in a dispute with TopFurniture regarding a replacement, or a full refund for the item. One can conclude that there is very poor quality control at the warehouse that dispatches items for delivery. The chair that we received should have been retained at the warehouse. We will have a second thought before we order anything again from TopFurniture. The company can't handle the items properly.”

“Very good communication from point of order to delivery even with the Coronavirus! Called just before delivery to confirm eta and best place to drop the table off in order to maintain distancing. We had to assemble the table but this was not hard-very simple to be honest. It’s great quality and we love it! Only point of improvement is to include a small amount of wax with the table.”
