“Overall the product met my expectations. However there is one very prominent disappointment....On the top surface one section of timber has been poorly matched. I fully understand that there are irregularities within the grain of any wood but there is one thin section which looks completely out of place. This section is actually green in colour. This should not have passed your quality control. I considered returning the sideboard within the seven days permitted by yourself and The Usary act but this would have inconvenienced me too much as my schedule has me travelling a lot over the next three months. I should really have awarded a two star rating but felt that you have been let down by your quality control.”

“Love it, delivered on time wrapped well to protect it. Upon opening I couldn't be happier it's big enought to store everything in and narrow enough not to take over the room”
