“The product is of the highest standard and fits in well with our existing furniture. It was a crying shame that the delivery drivers didn't support the high standard of the product. Rest assured they were not very good representatives of the Company in that they found any excuse to avoid delivering the product to the door and it was only after an employee of another company shamed both into making the delivery that the work was done. They let the Company down badly and I would be more than wiling to discuss any matter with a representative of the Company.”
