“Top furniture have been great from start to finish. I found Top furniture online whilst searching for some new black leather dining room chairs. I initially made contact with them via email. After confirming the Tuscan chairs were in stock they arranged for a chair to be brought from the warehouse so I could visit the showroom and see the chair before ordering. All my emails were replied to promptly. On arrival at the showroom the chair was immediately available for my husband and I to look at. The staff were friendly and helpful and as we had travelled some distance to visit the showroom, they also gave us some recommendations of things to do before we drove home. I was advised that as the chairs were in stock my order would be delivered before Christmas. 2 days after my order, I received a call and email confirming the delivery date and a time slot. On the day of delivery I received a call to update me on the arrival time. The boxes containing the chairs were carried into my dining room by the delivery staff who again were friendly. The new chairs look great in my dining room ready to welcome our new year visitors.”
