“Great service, delivery arrangements first rate, delivered on time to the minute. But rather disappointed with the product. The website describes the chair as "our finest leather dining chair", made from bonded leather. But the look is totally shiny and smoothe, with no texture at all. They look like they are made of plastic. I was expecting more texture, less shiny, less smoothe. They are good value, but I should have realised that the chairs are too cheap for what I was hoping for. Bonded leather, according to leatherhoney.com, the internet, is "Bonded leather is made from a small amount of leather scraps and fibers. It is mashed into a pulp, then binded to a paper or fiber backing using polyurethane. Bonded leather is also sometimes referred to as composite leather, vinyl and reconstituted leather". My interpretation is that it is mostly polyeurethane, which is what it feels like. I don't really see how this squares with the description "our finest leather". But I should have done more research. and been more realistic on the price. As I said above, good value but make sure that you know what you are getting.”

“Bought 4 after reading so many positive reviews and I'm not disappointed. These are Lovely chairs, very comfortable with well padded seats and backs. They seem sturdy and well assembled. The braced oak legs add extra support and sturdiness. Slight distortion of the leather seam on the back of 1 chair but it's no big deal. Arrived within time slot on delivery date. Got a text from delivery when they were 15 minutes away. Delivery men polite and carried both boxes in for me. Chairs packed 2 per box, both had protective cloth covers.”

“I bought two of these chairs last year as my old chairs didn’t look good. They are well made, good material and they still look like new, so this year I bought another two chairs and I highly recommend these chairs. Unfortunately they were delivered very early in the morning 6:30am boxed up in one box, I’m 75 with terminal cancer and I had to lift the heavy box indoors myself. Shame they didn’t knock on the door as I would have liked some help.”
