“Unfortunately the table arrived with marks on the surface that corresponded to oil marks on the packaging, suggesting that it had been wrapped before drying thoroughly. We contacted the support team who advised us to oil the table, which, after two quick and easy applications sorted the problem. The table itself is fabulous, solid, well made and will extend to seat our increasingly large family! The table legs do not hinder the chairs at all and there is plenty of room under the table to sit comfortably! We would certainly recommend the table if you need to seat large groups on a regular basis.”

“The table is ideal for large gatherings. However, it is very heavy requiring four people to safely turn over following assembly of legs. The table is manufactured from engineered timber utilising screws and metal locking pins for most of the construction. The assembly instructions could be improved. The delivered table had some poor surface finishing and had a small patch of black stain marks which took time to remove. It is necessary to oil the table before use. The table came well packed but this resulted in a large quantity of cardboard which required local recycling.”

“We have been impressed by the quality and the construction of this table. All solid timber and well finished. It looks great in our dining room. I would add that we had an issue with the initial table delivered, but this was quickly resolved by the team with no quibble. It is not often I have received such good customer service, but they could not have been more helpful.”

“I'm very happy with the table, although I hadn't realised it wouldn't be fully treated. I am however very disappointed with the assembly service. There was a very bad atmosphere between the two chaps who delivered the table, and once seemed very disrespectful of the other. The assembly it seld took about ten minutes. Also, I had expected that for the £35 charged to erect the table, the chairs would also have been unboxed and put in to place. Instead, it took me all morning to unpack the 14 chairs that were delivered, and then I was left with a trip to the recycling centre to dispose of the packaging. After spending £2,400.00, the additional cost for the assembly service was efinitely not worth the expense.”
