“There's always a little trepidation in buying something of this value online without having see it in the flesh, but over the years I've learned that one basic rule should be adhered to and you're unlikely to be let down and this table from Top Furniture was no exception:- Ensure free returns are available AND without restocking fees. Large, expensive items are usually expensive to have back so it proves the seller believes in their product. The quality of this item is extremely good. All the components have been machined out of genuine solid oak to very fine tolerances This works well for our taste as it gives the feeling of a contemporary piece with clean lines but on a rustic theme. The time taken to extend is relatively fast taking it from a comfortable 6 to an equally comfortable 10 (12 at a squeeze with kids) losing none of it's looks in the process. It's a little sticky compared to some I have operated, but I put that down to lack of wear and that it's heavy, hard wood. I am totally confident that it will 'relax' in time. Communication from Top Furniture was as you would hope. They were transparent with their delivery timetable in the first instance and stuck to it, emailing and calling dates and times. To very polite delivery guys brought in for me. I would confidently recommend top furniture to family and friends on the basis of this transaction and product quality.”

“To be honest this table was not on our list of wants when we went to the showroom as we had our eyes on another type, however, having seen it and being walked through the choices by the very helpful sales chap in Dartford and seen the quality of the item, it ticked all the boxes. The table is very heavy and very well constructed being finished to a very high standard. The table and chairs were very well packed and protected and the delivery guys were extremely good. We think we got great value from our purchase. There was also a good choice of other complementary furniture to go with the table that we bought, although we had already committed to another range in this regard. We would thoroughly recommend this company and the quality of the products they sell.”

“We should have bought this table years ago. It is a very solid, well made, good value product. The delivery was quick and the delivery guys were very pleasant and efficient. We have a large family so this table will be able to accommodate them all when fully extended!!!!”

“Love our new table, thick legs, solid top, good grain texture, colour matches well to Baltic benches, also recommend those. Couldn't find this style of table anywhere else with such a strong build. The double butterfly extension is a rare find too. The mechanism is sturdy and easy to operate.”

“The delivery came when promised. The table and chairs are fabulous and of very high quality. It was easy to put the legs on the table but it is a large, solid and very heavy piece of furniture so it took three blokes with some effort to turn it over to stand on its legs! Thank you for excellent customer service and great furniture at very fair prices.”
