“Initially bought 6 self-assembly chairs from another retailer for about half the price. 2 hours to unpack and inspect. 12 emails back and forth reporting damage, broken fixings, joints that wouldn't join, and missing fixings, before the retailer agreed to collect and refund. 2 hours to repack and then wait for the collection. Ok, 6 chairs from Top were twice the price but unpacking was 10 minutes. The chairs are very solid and well made and of course, I save a day because there is no assembly! They also look great with our 20-year-old Dutch solid oak table. Just wish I had bought these in the first instance.”
