“Top furniture but bottom customer service. The item is very nice. However, when I ordered the website stated that delivery would be in two weeks. I ordered 3rd May and immediately received an email stating that the delivery was in fact 2 weeks from the 15th June, 8 weeks away. On 15th June, having heard nothing, I contacted them. Reply was delay until 19th June. Shipping delays. On 30th June, the week in which I expected delivery, having heard nothing, I contacted them again. Reply was delay until 23rd July. I emailed to complain about the communications i.e. why don't they update the customer before letting them down with a delay instead of waiting for the customer to enquire. NO REPLY. The final delivery date was 23rd July, a total of eleven and a half weeks. I understand about shipping delays, covid and staff absences, but good communication goes a long way to keeping customers happy.”

“We looked for the correct stools for months for our new home, trawled through stores and then came across the Java Cross stools. They arrived on time and very well packaged. They are the perfect height for our breakfast bar, they are very well built, attractive to look at comfortable and practical. Most visitors to our new home comment on them and because of them being so useable the breakfast bar area is the go to area of choice for all the family, friends and visitors. They are also the perfect perch for me when practicing my Banjo. We will without doubt be buying more for our new holiday let project.”
