“I’m very happy with my drawers. They are. Very good quality. The joinery is good too, I appreciate the pegs to stop the drawers slipping out. When the drawers arrived, the packaging was excellent as kept the furniture in good condition. The delivery was good as the two gentlemen were friendly, a little early though. I did expect them to take the drawers up to my bedroom and was disappointed when they said they no longer did this because some other put a claim in for £1500 for a redecoration due to a small mark. My opinion is that it’s the owners risk. There is no way I could physically carry a large piece of furniture like that by myself, even with drawers removed. That’s the only reason why I marked my score down.”
