“As others delivered today but have noticed two bumps on the top of the unit ( not from delivery) but in manufacturing also the packing has left a couple of marks one at each end also on the top of the unit, so not very happy with the most expensive thing on the list, have emailed support and they have offered a £85 refund on the item IF we waver the guarantee or a new one delivered, but we are going to sleep on the offer but I am thinking with all the things wrong with it it would have to be at least £100 or we will have a new one sent as offered”

“Lovely big chest of drawers. Very good quality and looks lovely in our bedroom! For the furniture alone I would give 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 stars was because of the delivery. I did understand that the delivery men wouldn't bring the furniture into the room we wanted it in, but now knowing how heavy it is, I think the company should re-think this. The majority of people would struggle to carry this furniture upstairs, even with two people. The size of it also makes it difficult to store until you can get someone to help move/carry it.”
