“I have one of these bookcases already - I would definitely recommend it. This one was delivered yesterday but I’ve yet to undo it as it needs at least three people to get it up two flights of stairs. Hopefully I’ll find three people in the next few days!”

“What to say … Thank you for such a wonderful experience everyone from customer services to the delivery drivers have been fabulous The delivery drivers ended up carrying the bookcase up a tricky flight of stairs as it wouldn’t fit in the lift . Customer services especially Lucy have been wonderful THANK YOU ALL”

“Excellent solid bookcase, standing without being attached to wall (although it could be). I was glad that the deliverers took it out of the packaging as it would have been hard for me. Looks very smart. The two centre planks are fixed; the upper and lower planks have a choice of position, easy to install. I have only had the bookcase for a week and not filled it with heavy photography books so rest judgement on that.”
