“Poor delivery left 200cm tall unit upside down, called 4 time in store for help, they kept saying they happy to help if there is problem with unit but if there is damage when turning is right it’s not covered, delivery driver rush to leave at door rather than move at safe place.”

“The carcass of this Item is well made , solid furniture . It is well painted , was delivered on time and the delivery guys helped me put it up on the landing where its going to be situated. What lets it down , in my opinion is the glass fronted doors which are held closed by cheap and overly strong magnet catches. Because the glass is not glued in the door frames it rattles every time you open the door - this is excaberated by the minimal construction of the doors which i think would benefit from internal bracing to stop them twisting as one magnetic catch lets go before the other. I will change the catches , add some bracing , and seal the glass in its frame - i shouldnt have to do this though when paying for a quality piece of furniture.”
